Recently I heard Korean groups of fabricated martial arts appear in some Japan-related events. They look like stalkers and give us the creeps because they have no reason participate in such events. Instead, considering their many prior records, I'm afraid that they insult Japanese cultre by propagating their lies. It is very annoying.

By the way, the event called "Paris Manga" was held in Paris in early October. "Haidong gumdo" also appared there. A resident of Paris informed me of followings;(Thank you for your valued information.).

- "Paris Manga" was on a fraction of the scale compared to Japan Expo, but it was bustling with many people because there was no rival event, perhaps.
The subjects of his event are not limited to Japanese comics. But most of such events are conscious of Japan Expo, and they are similar in content to Japan Expo including their exhibits.

- About martial arts, only two groups seemed to participate. These were Aikido group and haidong gumdo group.
It is not hapkido(fabricated martial art) but Aikido. But another group might participate in another day. The two groups used a tatami covered space by rotation for giving their demonstration and holding a class. See picture1 below.

- After all, haidong gumdo group may be helped by Korean government.
Haidong gumdo group has as many as 8 venues only in Paris and has 4 venues including Marseille and Lyon outside Paris. This group has many venues, though it is not so popular. It is because Korean government helps them, isn't it? I've heard haidong gumdo had helped by Hyundai chaebol, but they now have greater capital resources. Another picture(Picture2) is their brochure(two sides of the same one). They used higher-quality paper than Japan Expo, he said (L).
When you see such cases, would you inform me? I am more grateful if you mail me with your pictures.		 近年海外の「日本」関連のイベントに、韓国系捏造武道団体が現れる例が散見されます。参加する理由などないわけで、 まるでストーカーにつきまとわれているような不気味さを感じます。 これまでの数多くの実績から、嘘をばらまき、日本の文化を貶める恐れがあり、迷惑なことこの上ありません。

さて、パリでは10月上旬にParisMangaというイベントがありました。そこでも海東剣道が現れました。これは現地在住の方よりいただいた 情報です(貴重な情報をありがとうございます)。それによれば、
　 　 　
-ParisMangaはJapanExpoと比べると数分の一くらいの規模のイベントだが、 他に対抗馬となるイベントがないせいか、けっこうにぎわっていた。 　　 　　 　　
対象分野は「日本」に限定されていないが、この手のイベントはほとんど　JapanExpoをまねをしているので、内容的には近く、 出展されているものも似通っている。

-武道関連の出展は、日によりちがうこともありうるが、合気道と海東剣道のみのようだ。 　　 　　 　　
これは本物の合気道であり、捏造武道のハプキドではない。 畳敷きのスペースを、２団体が交代に使用、演武や体験会をしていた。 下の写真1参照のこと。

-海東剣道は、やはり韓国政府が後押ししているのではないか。 　　 　　
パリ市内で８箇所も会場を使用している。 パリ以外で、マルセイユ、リヨンなど４箇所使用。 さほど知られていないのに、これだけ展開ができるのは、 やはり韓国政府がかかわっているせいではないか。現代財閥からの援助があったと聞いていたが、 おそらくそのころよりさらに資金が豊富。 もう一枚の写真(写真2)は、パンフレット（これで裏表）。７月のJapanExpoのときよりいい紙を使っていた(笑)。
このような例を見かけたら、情報をくださるようお願いします。写真を一緒に送ってもらえるといっそうありがたいです。

In overseas development of taekwondo, it is clear Korean government played a leading role or helped its organization. For example, Che Hong Hee(The founder of taekwondo. He founded taekwond from Karate) gave performances at various nations and built an international organization as a person of Korean government.

Haidong gumdo group, founded in 80s, also built an international organization. Some Korean newspapers sometimes report that they would give their performances in parts of in USA.

But if Korean government has an involvement in haidong gumdo actually, it is hard to comprehend by other nations' people. Because the past libel trial have already revealed that its founder group told lies to fabricate the origin of haidong gumdo. In fact, it is 1980s when the history of haidong gumdo began. What does Korean government think if they help the fraudulent group with their national budgets?

Perhaps this presents that this nation is unreceptive to lies. Even if a liar got caught in a serious lie, no one make this an important issue. In the end, nothing is changed. Things go the way as before. This sort of thing are not uncommon. In other words, lies are common in Korean society, and fill Korean society. Therefore, crimes of perjury and crimes of false accusation occur unnaturally. According to the Korean newspaper of one year, the number of the persons indicted for perjury were 671 times as Japan, considering ratio of population. The number of the persons indicted for false accusation were 1483 times as Japan.

Koera faces a economic crisis and I can not see how long their economic support can last. But such activities which haidong gumdo group does may involve many people's lives. Then many persons who experienced martial arts point out that haidong gumdo have little practical application. Many people should think how much young people may be corrupted by being taught lies and spending many years.
 過去テコンドーの海外展開でも明確に韓国政府がかかわっています。 例えば、チェホンヒ(テコンドーの創始者)は、韓国政府の立場で様々な国で テコンドーのパフォーマンスを行ない、国際組織を立ち上げています。

80年代に始まった海東剣道も、国際的な組織を立ち上げており、時折アメリカの各地で演武を行なったりすることが韓国紙に出ていたりします。

しかし韓国政府が本当に海東剣道を援助しているとしたら、理解しがたいことです。というのは海東剣道は過去の名誉毀損の裁判で、 起源捏造のために嘘をついたことが明らかになっているからです。実際のところ、海東剣道の歴史が始まったのは1980年代です。 詐欺的な団体に国家予算を出しているとしたら、韓国政府はどのような了見なのでしょうか？

おそらくこれにはこの国が、嘘に対しての鈍感であることのあらわれでしょう。ある事実が嘘だと露見しても、誰も問題にせず、 何も変わらず物事が進行していくことが珍しくない国なのです。社会において嘘が常態化し、蔓延しているのです。その証左として、 この国の裁判では偽証罪や誣告罪が異常に多いことが挙げられます。ある年の韓国紙によれば、人口比で偽証罪の起訴は日本の671倍、 誣告罪は1483倍でした。

韓国は現在経済危機を迎えており、これらの予算がどこまで続くのかさだかではありません。しかし、海東剣道のような活動では、 いろんな人の人生を巻き込んでしまうことも起こりえます。さらには多くの武道経験者が海東剣道には武道としての実用性がまるでない という指摘をしています。嘘を教えられ、何年もかかわりをもつことが青少年にどれほど有害か、多くの人が考えてみるべきでしょう。
